Walter’s Bistro is excited to announce our reopening plans. We will be open to the public starting Monday, June 1st. We will also continue curbside pick-up and take-out going forward and we would like to thank our loyal patrons for their support since closing our doors to the public mid May. We want everyone to know that we did not make this decision lightly. We have put forth many new procedures and guidelines, some you will see and some you will not see. The safety of our guests and staff is as always of the utmost importance to us. Rest assured our staff will be following all of the COVID-Safe practices issued from the CO Department of Health and CDC. Our restaurant will look different as we conduct business at 50% capacity. With that said, RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED NOW MORE THAN EVER!. Please understand that we are doing everything we are being asked to do by not only our local health officials, but officials at the state level as well, and we will err on the side of caution not only for you, our guest, but for our staff and their families as well. -Reservations are highly recommended. We will accept walk in parties but please keep in mind space is limited and we may not be able to accommodate you. -We ask that our patrons wear masks when not seated at their table.
-We ask that no one congregate in our entryway. If you are waiting for others in your party to arrive please go ahead and be seated to wait or wait for them in your vehicle. Also, if you are waiting for a table, we kindly ask that you do so outside. We will come get you when a table is ready.
-We ask that you maintain 6 feet of separations between you and anyone that is not in your party. We understand that many of you see others that you know and want to interact with them and that is fine, but please keep your distance.
-We will not seat any party of more than 8 people at the same table. If you have more than 8 people in your party you will be asked to sit at separate tables.
-We ask that you please sanitize your hands upon entering the building. Hand sanitizer stations have been set up throughout the restaurant, including the entrance, for you.
These are just some of the measures that are being taken. There is so much more behind the scenes that is being done to ensure safety for all.
With that said, we have missed each and every one of our customers and cannot wait to see you!!
